By accessing our services through our mobile application, website, or partner platforms (“the Platform”), you (“the User” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

 

Customer / User: Any individual or business using the TUBO platform to request courier services.

 

Rider / Courier: Independent or contracted delivery personnel fulfilling delivery requests.

 

Shipment / Package: Any item submitted for delivery.

 

Platform: TUBO’s mobile app, website, dashboard, or APIs.

 

Service: Pickup, delivery, and related logistics operations.

3. Scope of Services

 

TUBO LOGISTICS LTD provides:

 

On-demand pickup and delivery services

 

Scheduled deliveries

 

Vendor-to-customer and customer-to-customer dispatch

 

Corporate logistics solutions

 

Proof of delivery (POD) services (photo, timestamp, geolocation)

 

 

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

4. User Obligations

 

Customers agree to:

 

1. Provide accurate pickup and delivery information.

 

 

2. Ensure packages are properly sealed, safe, and lawful.

 

 

3. Declare any fragile, high-value, or sensitive items.

 

 

4. Pay all service fees as displayed in the app.

 

 

5. Treat riders and support staff respectfully.

 

 

 

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of service.

5. Prohibited Items

 

The following items must not be sent through TUBO under any circumstance:

 

Firearms, ammunition, explosives

 

Illegal drugs or controlled substances

 

Cash exceeding ₦200,000

 

Gold, precious stones, or high-value jewelry

 

Perishable food requiring refrigeration

 

Hazardous chemicals or toxic materials

 

Animals or living organisms

 

Pornographic or obscene materials

 

Any item prohibited by Nigerian law

 

 

TUBO reserves the right to inspect, report, or reject any suspicious shipment.

6. Pickup & Delivery

 

Pickup and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

 

Riders will make reasonable efforts to contact the sender and recipient.

 

If recipient is unavailable, the rider may return the package to the sender at the sender’s cost.

 

Failed deliveries due to wrong address, unreachable recipient, or sender error attract additional fees.

7. Fees & Payments

 

Service fees are displayed in the app before confirming a request.

 

Payments may be made via card, wallet, bank transfer, or approved third-party processors.

 

All payments are final once a rider is dispatched.

 

Additional charges may apply for:

 

Waiting time

 

Return trips

 

Failed deliveries

 

Address changes

 

Oversized or overweight items

8. Liability & Compensation

 

8.1 Limited Liability

 

TUBO LOGISTICS LTD is not liable for:

 

Loss or damage due to improper packaging

 

Items not declared as fragile

 

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or external factors

 

Consequential or indirect damages (loss of income, business loss, etc.)

 

 

8.2 Maximum Compensation

 

If TUBO accepts responsibility for loss or damage, compensation is limited to:

 

Maximum: ₦50,000 per delivery

Unless a higher value was declared and insured before dispatch.

 

8.3 Rider Liability

 

Riders operate under strict verification but may be contractors.

TUBO is not responsible for misconduct or negligence outside service guidelines.

9. Customer Property Verification

 

By using the service, the Customer confirms that the shipment:

 

Is legal

 

Belongs to them or is being transported with permission

 

Has been truthfully declared

 

 

TUBO may report illegal items to law enforcement.

10. Account Registration & Security

 

Customers must:

 

Provide accurate personal or business information

 

Keep login credentials secure

 

Not impersonate any person or entity

 

Not misuse the app for fraudulent activities

 

 

TUBO reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for violations.

11. Privacy Policy

 

TUBO collects and processes personal information such as name, phone number, address, and location to enable delivery services.

 

We do not sell user data.

We may share data with:

 

Payment processors

 

Riders fulfilling deliveries

 

Law enforcement (when legally required)

12. Third-Party Services

 

Payments, mapping, verification, and notifications may rely on third-party providers.

TUBO is not liable for outages or failures of these external systems.

13. Suspension & Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate service if:

 

Fraud is suspected

 

Prohibited items are discovered

 

Abusive behavior occurs

 

Payment disputes arise

 

There is misuse of the platform

 

 

We may also terminate service at our discretion.

14. Dispute Resolution

 

Disputes should be first reported to TUBO customer support.

If unresolved, they will be addressed through mediation or arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.

15. Amendments

 

TUBO may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of updated Terms.
